Mountain Lake Skin Care
was founded in Big Bear Valley in 2003 by Kathi Ann Hertz. Kathi specializes in corrective skin care & beautification services for men, women and teens. Specializing in facials for aging, dry, dehydrated & sun damaged skin, acne, oily & roseaca type conditions with product evaluation & skin care education by appointment.

Kathi is an established and educated Esthetician and personally provides all services to her clients. Kathi is a permanent cosmetics artist and a California licensed esthetician with degrees in Marketing, Health Services Management & Human Relations and Business.

In 2005, Kathi and her husband John purchased Believe in Magic Body Spa changing to The Village Spa & Wellness Center in Big Bear Lake's quaint village. In late 2010, Kathi decided to decrease her work life in order to spend more time with family, travel and enjoy hobbies.

Silver Lakes Beauti & Wellness Center
Kathi and her husband moved to Silver Lakes in early 2011. Kathi opened Mountain Lakes Skin Care in Silver Lakes June 2011. October 2011, Kathi formed Silver Lakes Beauti & Wellness Center. In partnership with Dina Perez, under this new name, the center opened officially December 3, 2011. This center houses individual Beauti & Wellness businesses including Mountain Lake Skin Care and Wrightwood Chiropractic. Services include but not limited to Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Nutritional Services, Yoga, Facials and Permanent Cosmetics.

Kathi and her husband have a small cabin for rent in Big Bear (sleeps six comfortably).
